To make your presentation a success, it is necessary to:

  • clearly define what you aim to achieve
  • coordinate the sales and ways of communication with the visitors – engage visitors and allow interaction (it is important who the stand attendants are and how the products and/or services are promoted)
  • carefully select the exhibits and promotional materials
  • strategically display promotional products on the exhibition stand
  • provide promotional gifts for visitors
  • select professionals and qualified staff t for the exhibition stand who can give up-to-date and detailed information on the product
  • thank the visitors for attendance and send them additional information and materials on products or services they showed interest in
  • analyse and access your performance to measure the results and expectations
